Centrally located for very easy access to downtown. That also means you are likely to see some homelessness in the area. However, the property has closed entry gates and security cameras all around the building to place your security first.

You will have 1 parking spot available in the parking lot behind the building, accessible from the alley between Taylor and Polk Streets. Note: All stays longer than 30 days will be required to sign a lease agreement. Failure to sign the agreement may result in early termination of your stay.

Access to I-10 is just 5 mins away. Chase Stadium is just 6 blocks away, and you can walk to many locations downtown in just 15 mins or so. But there are also Spin (rented through Lyft app) and Lime (rented through Uber app) scooters and electric bikes all around the neighborhood for cheap and easy access to all of downtown Phoenix.
